On Friday, Adelitas Way will bring their high energy and soaring melodies to Victory North, for an all-electric show, the first "rock show" for the venue in nearly a year after modifying its lineup and operations during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Since its founding in Las Vegas, the group hit the ground running, dropping a debut album in 2008 and releasing lead single "Invincible," which broke onto the mainstream hard rock scene, appearing in several television commercials and sporting events across the country. The encounter had a profound effect on DeJesus who would go on to form a new hard rock band in honor of the experience, Adelitas Way. Robbed of their money and belongings, the band sought refuge in a nearby watering hole called Adelitas and were welcomed by locals. After a tour detour into Tijuana, Mexico, in 2006 with his former band, Rick DeJesus found himself in a scary situation with the local authorities.
